• Can I get superfast FTTC broadband ?
  More and more exchanges and cabinets are being connected to the superfast infrastructure. You can check if your line is capable of taking this new service by clicking here however, if it isn't, we'll let you know what is and if possible, when fibre will be available to you.


• What speed can I get ?
  You can check if your line's estimated performance by clicking here however it is an estimate, not a guarantee and performance may vary.


• Why would my performance vary ?
  It doesn't happen often but "you are not alone"...Resources are shared, and as such, if everyone went online at the same time and downloaded software, games, movies, radio, TV etc at the same time, not a lot of data would pass as everyone would be competing for the bandwidth - imagine if everyone in your area turned on their water tap at the same time, the pressure would be so low there wouldn't be a lot of flow, it's similar with data flow, this is called contention. Dedicated services are available where you don't share the bandwidth, it's all dedicated to you and your connection.

• How can I pay ?
  We accept continuous authority card payments from most card issuers (not AMEX) and also Direct Debit. Standing Order and cheque payments are available dependant on value and size of order.
